Growth Mindset

 Before reading the transcript of Carol Dweck on 'Growth Mindset', I had never heard of her or this concept before but reading it was both insightful and interesting. Growth Mindset really shows how helping a student rather than putting him down can help him which is something that most schools/institutions do not do. Rather than challenging them in a good way and giving them some sort of guidance to make them better they are kind of left alone to figure things out.

I am very excited to learn more new skills in both Multimedia Development and Website Design which are both the modules I am most excited about.
